Project Manager - Factory Automation
Why This Role Matters

Join a team delivering large-scale Factory Automation projects across Automotive, EV, Electronics, Aerospace, Consumer Goods and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. This role provides the opportunity to lead innovative projects involving Robotics Integration, Special Purpose Machines (SPM), Machine Vision Systems, Automated Assembly Lines, Material Handling Systems and Digital Manufacturing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project execution from handover to commissioning and customer acceptance.

· Manage scope, schedule, budget, profitability, quality and project risks.

· Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Robotics, Vision, Manufacturing and Site teams.

· Drive customer engagement, project reviews and stakeholder management.

· Manage FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and production ramp-up activities.

· Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.

· Monitor billing milestones, cost control and commercial performance.

· Guide multidisciplinary teams and external vendors for successful delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics or related Engineering disciplines. Candidates should have 8–15 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in delivering turnkey automation projects and leading customer-facing project execution teams.
