Chef d'équipe électricien courant fort / HT F/H
09/06/2026Rattaché(e) au responsable d’affaires, vous pilotez et réalisez des travaux en électricité courant fort et plus particulièrement en haute tension sur des chantiers tertiaires et/ou industriels.
🔧 Vos principales responsabilités
- Encadrer une équipe d’électriciens sur chantier
- Organiser et planifier les travaux
- Lire et interpréter les plans et schémas électriques
- Assurer la réalisation des installations
- Garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité et des règles de sécurité
- Être l’interlocuteur terrain du client
- Réaliser les mises en service et essais
Vous êtes de formation technique, Bac à Bac+2, spécialisée en électricité. Vous avez une expérience de 3 ans sur un poste similaire avec une dimension managériale dans le tertiaire.
- Expérience confirmée en électricité chantier
- Compétences réelles en haute tension (postes, raccordements, mise en service…)
- Capacité à manager une équipe
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens du terrain
- Sens du service et esprit d’équipe
