Rattaché.e au Responsable d’affaires, vous êtes en charge des opérations de maintenance préventives et correctives des équipements et lignes de productions de notre client spécialisés dans le domaine médical. Vos compétences et appétences sur les domaines électriques et électroniques, mécaniques seront l’atout principal. 

Vos missions principales sont les suivantes :

·       Encadrer et piloter une équipe d’électrotechniciens travaillant en shifts (6h–13h / 13h–20h).

·       Assurer la maintenance du parc d’équipements bâtiments et process client.

·       Participer au suivi et à la conception de projets d’amélioration des équipements.

·       Garantir le suivi documentaire lié aux interventions : ouverture et clôture d’intervention, analyses, fiches LOTO, etc.

·       Remplacer ponctuellement les techniciens lors de leurs congés, en intégrant alors les horaires de shift.

·        Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité.


De formation technique en électrotechnique (Bac +2 à Bac +5), vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en management d’équipes techniques dans un environnement industriel. Vous alliez expertise technique, sens du leadership et rigueur organisationnelle. électrotechnique.
