Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufende Buchhaltung in den Bereichen Kreditoren, Debitoren, Banken und Anlagen

  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB und IFRS

  • Verbuchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle und Abgrenzungen

  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs und Betreuung des Mahnwesens

  • Erstellung steuerlicher Meldungen (USt-Voranmeldung, ZM, Kammerumlage)

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern

  • Reporting und Abstimmungen (Viareport, Intercompany)

  • Verwaltung von Bürgschaften und Lohndateien

  • Erstellung von Intrastat-Meldungen und Meldungen grenzüberschreitender Dienstleistungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (national/international) von Vorteil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in UGB und IFRS

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel)

  • Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse
