ICT Systems Administrator - Movilidad Internacional - Vinci Energies Australia H/M

VINCI Energies Australia supports a Perimeters and Business Units across Australia. Our ICT function works with
local teams, business stakeholders, VESI, suppliers and technology providers to provide secure, reliable and modern
technology services.
We are looking for an experienced ICT Administrator to strengthen our ICT team. You will provide technical support
and help maintain the availability, security and performance of services across a mu-ltsiite environment.
This is a hands - on role combining Level 2 and Level 3 support with infrastructure, networking, Microsoft cloud,
cyber security and project delivery. You will contribute to d-atyo-day operations as well as technology improvement,
integration and transformaiton initiatives. This position has a strong focus on delivery and managing ICT projects .


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide advanced Level 2 and Level 3 support, investigate incidents and resolve complex technical issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams telephony services.
• Support servers, storage, backup, endpoint management and busines-scritical technology platforms.
• Maintain switching, wireless, internet, WAN, cloud connectivity and SD-WAN environments.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational risks and coordinate appropriate remediation.
• Perform escalated user lifecycle and access administration activities .
• Support vulnerability management, patching, system hardening, backup validation and security monitoring.
• Contribute to infrastructure, business technology, acquisition onboarding and technology integration projects.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify practical opportunities for automation, approved artificial intelligence and service improvement.
• Coordinate technical activities with managed service providers, telecommunications providers and technology vendors.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standard operating procedures and knowledge articles.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

▪ Experience in an ICT Systems Administrator, Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Support or similar position.
▪ Demonstrated Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting and technical support capability.
▪ Practical experience administering or supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
▪ Experience across server, storage, backup, endpoint and network administration.
▪ Working knowledge of cyber security practices, including patching, vulnerability management, system hardening and backup validation.
▪ Ability to manage competing priorities while contributing to projects and continuous improvement.
▪ Clear written and verbal communication, with strong technical documentation skills.
▪ A collaborative, proactive and service-oriented approach.
▪ SD-WAN or multi-site network environments.
▪ Microsoft Teams telephony and SharePoint administration.
▪ Technology integration associated with growth, acquisitions or organisational change.
▪ Working with managed service providers, telecommunications providers and technology vendors.
▪ Automation, digital transformation or responsible adoption of artificial intelligence.
