Responsable achat F/H

Rattaché·e au Directeur Régional, vous intervenez en lien étroit avec les chefs d’entreprise et les responsables d’affaires des différentes entités de notre entreprise MASSELIN. Véritable partenaire opérationnel et stratégique, vous êtes garant·e de la performance achats sur un périmètre représentant plusieurs millions d’euros.

Vos principales responsabilités :


- Accompagner les entreprises dans l’optimisation de leurs achats en tenant compte des spécificités métiers de chaque entité.
- Analyser les besoins et les dépenses pour identifier des leviers de performance et générer des économies d’échelle.
- Définir et déployer des stratégies achats par familles en intégrant les enjeux de coûts, de qualité, de délais et de durabilité.
- Mener les consultations et négociations avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants (en fonction du montant de la DA initiale), dans une logique de partenariat à long terme.
- Promouvoir et accompagner l’utilisation des outils achats (ERP, suivi des commandes, reporting) pour harmoniser les pratiques.
- Relayer les contrats-cadres et actualités du réseau, en assurant une communication claire et un déploiement efficace.
- Valoriser et partager les bonnes pratiques entre les différentes sociétés afin de renforcer la cohérence et l’efficacité collective.
- Être à l’écoute du terrain pour répondre aux enjeux opérationnels des chantiers et contribuer à la maîtrise des marges des projets.


De formation Master en Achats ou Ingénieur, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine des achats.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités de communication qui vous permettent d'être l'interface entre vos interlocuteurs internes et externes

Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux et outils achats, avec une aisance confirmée sur le pack Office et les outils digitaux.
Structuré·e, vous savez analyser, synthétiser et prioriser tout en faisant prevue d'adaptabilité.

Votre sens du relationnel et votre pédagogie font de vous un·e partenaire reconnu·e et apprécié·e.
