Citeos Ingénierie Normandie est spécialisée sur le développement d'offres en conception, réalisation, exploitation et maintenance de solutions innovantes et respectueuses de l’environnement (éclairage public, mise en valeur de monuments, protection de l’espace urbain , contrôle d’accès, IRVE, ombrières photovoltaïques, Hypervision).

Projet de votre stage 

Ce sujet de stage vise à faire de l'entreprise un acteur de l'économie circulaire et des projets bio-inspirés sur le territoire bas-normand. avec pour mission de transformer les contraintes environnementales en opportunités.  

CHEF DE PROJETS

Missions principales 

Transformer les externalités en opportunités :

  • Recenser les impacts négatifs (déchets, rejets thermiques, artificialisation des sols).
  • Proposer des solutions d’écoconception et de réemploi (matériaux, chaleur fatale, infrastructures perméables).

Intégrer la bio-inspiration et l’écoconception :

  • Réaliser un benchmark de solutions inspirées de la nature.
  • Développer des offres innovantes (audits d’écoconception, corridors de biodiversité, smart grids).

Promouvoir la co-construction et l’ancrage sociétal :

  • Étudier les méthodes de participation des parties prenantes (citoyens, associations, élus).
  • Concevoir un modèle de projet participatif pour créer de la valeur partagée et renforcer l’acceptabilité sociale.

Vous aurez une immersion complète dans le métier de chef de projets. Vous aurez un rôle clé alliant compétences énergétique et environnementale.


  • Dernière année école d’ingénieurs d’énergie, développement durable 
  • Permis B obligatoire
  • Autonomie, relationnel, capacité d’innovation
  • Appétence forte pour les sujets de transition énergétique
  • Connaissances en énergie, électricité et solutions digitales
  • Goût pour le terrain, la gestion de projet et le travail en équipe
