Chargé de missions RH et Paie F/H

Qui sommes-nous ?

Actemium Maintenance Lorraine, entreprise du réseau Actemium (VINCI Energies), accompagne les industriels (chimie, sidérurgie…) dans la maintenance électrique, l’instrumentation, la détection gaz, les portes industrielles et le levage.
Nous recherchons actuellement un·e Chargé·e de missions RH & Paie pour renforcer notre équipe.


Vos missions (périmètre ~85 collaborateurs) ?

Rattaché·e au Responsable Administratif et Financier, vous serez en charge de:

  • Administration du personnel (contrats, dossiers, suivi réglementaire)
  • Gestion de la paie (collecte des variables et des pointages, contrôle des bulletins)
  • Recrutement & intégration (sourcing, entretiens, compagnonnage)
  • Développement RH (formation, parcours, GPEC)
  • Reporting RH (indicateurs, tableaux de bord)
  • Attraction des talents (relations écoles)
  • Participation à la politique RH et à la communication interne/externe
