Conducteur de Travaux F/H

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’Affaires, vous serez en charge du suivi et de la bonne exécution des projets.

A ce titre, vos responsabilités seront multiples et vous aurez pour mission :
- d'être le garant du respect du planning et de la sécurité du chantier,
- d'assurer la préparation des travaux en mettant en place les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à la bonne exécution du chantier,
- de prendre les dispositions préalables au démarrage des travaux,
- de définir les modes opératoires spécifiques,
- de contrôler la réalisation des travaux,
- d'appliquer et d'animer le plan qualité et la sécurité,
- d'encadrer et de manager les équipes d'exécution,
- de suivre les sous-traitants dont vous planifiez les interventions,
- d'organiser et d'animer les réunions de chantier en relation avec les donneurs d'ordres sur site,
- d'assurer la clôture des travaux en assurant la livraison de l'ouvrage dans les délais impartis,
- d'élaborer les dossiers administratifs inhérents à votre activité afin de reporter au Responsable d'Affaires,

- de contrôler l'application des politiques générales de l'entreprise.

- de réaliser les devis courants de votre portefeuille clients


Vous avez une expérience opérationnelle d'au minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire.

Vous aurez plusieurs chefs de chantiers sous votre responsabilité et assurerez la coordination des équipes.

On vous reconnaît un sens relationnel, un esprit d'initiative et d'innovation ainsi qu'une aptitude à diriger et à gérer vos chantiers.

Vous êtes dynamique, autonome et réactif(ve) aux imprévus.
