Responsable d'affaires adjoint(e) - Stage PFE - Reims F/H

VINCI Facilities, intégrée à la division VINCI Energies France, a pour mission de gérer tout ou partie des installations techniques de bâtiments tertiaires et des services aux occupants, tout en optimisant les coûts et la qualité. VINCI Facilities prend soin des bâtiments, des occupants et de l’environnement.

Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études de minimum 6 mois dans une entreprise à taille humaine et un environnement opérationnel ?

Ce poste est à pourvoir sur notre centre opérationnel de Reims. 

Rattaché à un Responsable d'Affaires, vous apprendrez le métier et vous participerez à la gestion d'une partie de son portefeuille client. 

Dans ce cadre, votre mission principale sera de piloter le déploiement d'un nouveau contrat ainsi que : 

- Intégrer l'équipe projet déploiement

- Organiser et suivre le planning de prise en charge des bâtiments 

- S'assurer de la complétude des informations relevés par les techniciens dans l'outil 

- Rédiger les rapports finaux transmis au client 

- Participer aux réunions d'avancement de la prise en charge 

- Mettre à jour la base de données des équipements 

- S'assurer de répertorier les moyens d'accès et sécuritaire nécessaires aux interventions futures 

- Elaborer un plan pluri annuel 


En formation Ingénieur ou Bac +5, vous recherchez un stage de fin d'étude concret de minimum 6 mois. 

Vous avez un excellent sens du relationnel, du service et des affaires. 

Vous êtes dynamique, curieux, rigoureux, organisé et avec le sens des priorités, alors ce stage est fait pour vous !
