Gestionnaire paie et ADP F/H

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable administratif et Financier de notre agence Eurovia Bourgogne Franche Comté Agence de Chalon-sur-Saône, vous travaillez en collaboration avec l’équipe administrative sur la partie Paie et Comptabilité, en tant que Gestionnaire Paie et ADP F/H.

Sur un périmètre de 90 salariés en en Saône et Loire, vous serez chargé.e d’assurer :

  • La gestion administrative des salariés et des intérimaires,
  • La gestion de la paie,
  • Les déclarations sociales réglementaires, DSN,
  • Le suivi des nouveaux arrivants, alternants et stagiaires,
  • La gestion des temps et activités,
  • La gestion de la formation.

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de type BAC+ 2 ou licence avec une spécialisation en Ressources Humaines /Paie.

Vous avez une expérience réussie d'au mois 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.

Rigoureux(se), autonome, vous disposez de bonnes capacités relationnelles tout en sachant respecter la confidentialité liée au poste.

La connaissance du monde des Travaux Publics est appréciée pour le poste
