Vos missions : concrètes et variées

Intégré(e) au sein du service achats de l’entreprise Vinci Facilities Pays de Savoie basée à La Motte-Servolex (73), vous aurez pour missions principales de :

  • Déployer la stratégie achats au sein des opérationnels et de l’entreprise
  • Identifier et référencer les fournisseurs
  • Rationnaliser le panel
  • Orienter les commandes (contrats cadres / accords commerciaux / contrats locaux) et vérifier la conformité des tarifs
  • Suivre les achats et respecter les AR et les dates de livraison
  • Gérer les litiges et trouver des solutions efficientes
  • Participation et embarquement aux achats d’économie circulaire : gestion de stocks, actes d’achats différents, …
  • Participer au processus d’amélioration continue de notre service achats

·Esprit de service
·Rigueur et autonomie
·Proactivité
·Très bonne culture de la sécurité juridique et du devoir de vigilance et connaissance des documents obligatoires à demander aux sous-traitants
·Minimum 5 ans d'expérience, vous possédez un bac +2 (BTS) ou Bac +3 (licence pro) dans ce domaine
