Technicien de maintenance CVC F/H

VINCI Facilities fait partie du réseau d’entreprises de maintenance de VINCI Energies. Nous sommes spécialisés dans la gestion des installations techniques de bâtiments professionnels et des services aux occupants tout en optimisant les coûts et la qualité.

A la recherche de femmes et d’hommes engagés, audacieux et attachés à l’esprit de service, VINCI Facilities, recherche dans le cadre du développement de son activité, un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance CVC F/H semi posté pour intervenir chez nos clients.

MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Exploitation expérimenté, vous intervenez 3 jours par semaine en itinérance chez nos clients (Aix/Marseille principalement) et 2 jours par semaine chez notre client basé à Châteauneuf les Martigues (Industrie Pétrochimique).

A ce titre, vous êtes notamment en charge de :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative des installations/équipements CVC du site ;
  • Réaliser ponctuellement la maintenance corrective multi technique si besoin ;
  • Réaliser les travaux CVC sur site ;
  • Réaliser les devis d'intervention ;
  • Assurer le reporting des interventions réalisées notamment à l’aide de compte rendus dématérialisés ;
  • Veiller au respect des consignes de sécurité, des normes en vigueur et de la réglementation applicable au sein d'un site industriel ;
  • Garantir un esprit de service et de bonnes relations avec nos interlocuteurs clients sur site.


Titulaire d'une formation type BTS froid, climatisation ou conditionnement d’air vous possédez l'habilitation à la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes et les habilitations électriques.

Vous avez une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 à 7 ans avec un bon savoir-faire technique et avez la connaissance du milieu industriel et des procédures sécurité y afférentes.

Vous savez travailler au sein d'un environnement exigeant en terme de sécurité et faites preuve d'un grand sens du service client.

La réalisation des formations suivantes serait un plus :

  • ATEX 0
  • GIES 2
  • Port du harnais
  • SST

Autonome et ayant un réel goût du terrain, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre relationnel.
