La délégation des Ouvrages fonctionnels réhabilités est un acteur majeur de la réhabilitation de bâtiments tertiaires en Île-de-France. Composée de 7 maques, Dumez Île-de-France, Petit, Plendi, Neom, CBC Service, Dumez Service et DEGAINE, elle emploie 1700 collaborateurs sur une centaine de projets différents.

Les marques DUMEZ IDF et PETIT, expertes en réhabilitation en IDF, recherchent un(e) Directeur(trice) Travaux  pour leurs opérations situées sur Paris intra-muros.

Nos projets sont variés : bureaux, commerces, gares, établissements scolaires… Chaque projet étant unique, nos collaborateurs innovent et sont challengés sur chaque opération.

Il ou elle aura pour mission de superviser les projets portés par la société.

Vous serez l’interlocuteur principal du client, du maitre d’œuvre, des co-traitants, sous-traitants et piloterez l’équipe projet pour la conduite du chantier jusqu’à son terme.


Vous possédez une formation type ingénieur et disposez d'une expérience solide dans la conduite de projets complexes.

Votre sens du relationnel, votre rigueur, votre sens de l'organisation et de l'anticipation vous assureront réussite dans ce poste.
