VINCI Facilities assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants.

Dans le cadre d’une organisation décentralisée, VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA : 345 M€, 1 950 collaborateurs) est composée de 7 directions regroupant 28 entreprises.
Vous serez rattaché·e au responsable performance opérationnelle de l’une de nos entreprises et serez basé·e à Clichy (à proximité des transports en communs). 


MISSIONS

Vous participerez au déploiement du Système de management Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement de l’entreprise.           
Pour cela, vous interviendrez à plusieurs niveaux : auprès des techniciens sur le terrain, des managers intermédiaires, des fonctions supports.



Animation QSE

  • Participer à la définition et à la réalisation du plan d’action annuel de l’entreprise
  • Réaliser des communications internes QSE
  • Animer des sensibilisations QSE, en particulier sur les volets sécurité et environnement
  • Créer ou mettre à jour les documents du système existant : fiches de processus, mémos…

Qualité :

  • Étudier les processus de pilotage de la prévention et/ou du suivi de la démarche environnement
  • Définir un plan d’action d’amélioration continue des processus
  • Mettre en place sur le terrain, avec les équipes, les solutions projetées
  • Animer la démarche d’amélioration continue de l’entreprise

Sécurité :

  • Participer à la mise en conformité et au suivi des dossiers d’habilitations
  • Être un support aux opérations sur les plans de prévention
  • Animation et suivi des indicateurs sécurité de l’entreprise
  • Suivre et traiter les situations dangereuses remontées sur le terrain
  • Soutenir le Responsable Performance Opérationnelle dans la gestion des accidents de travail

RSE / Environnement

  • Participer à la mise en place d’un partenariat pour le suivi des déchets
  • Réaliser le reporting environnemental
  • Participer au suivi des actions RSE


Vous êtes étudiant·e dans une école d'ingénieur ou un Master spécialisé en QHSE et vous recherchez un stage de fin d'études.    


Compétences requises - Leadership, Aisance relationnelle, sens du travail en équipe, Autonomie et capacité à proposer des solutions, Esprit d'analyse et compétences de synthèse, Rigueur et organisation.
