Technicien méthode F/H

Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) méthodes de maintenance pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le/La technicien(ne) méthodes de maintenance sera responsable de développer, mettre en œuvre et améliorer les méthodes de maintenance pour optimiser la fiabilité des équipements de production. Ce rôle crucial contribuera directement à la maximisation de la disponibilité des équipements et à l'optimisation des coûts de maintenance.

Vos missions en tant que Technicien(ne) méthodes : 

  • Gérer la maintenance préventive et corrective sur l’outil GMAO.
  • Rédiger des gammes et procédures de maintenance
  • Créer et modifier les procédures méthodes sur le site
  • Gérer le stock, passer des commandes PDR et en assurer le suivi.
  • Participer à l’optimisation de la prestation.
  • Réaliser des analyses de pannes, AMDEC 

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bac +2 ou Bac +3 en lien avec le domaine des méthodes de maintenance.

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO).

Vous possédez de fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse, avec une capacité à proposer des solutions innovantes, ainsi qu'une aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
