Missions :
Intégré(e) au sein du service QSE, vous accompagnerez les deux responsables du service dans leurs missions quotidiennes. Votre rôle principal sera de particper à la charge administrative liée aux activités de sécurité, qualité et environnement.

Ă€ ce titre, vos missions pourront inclure :

La gestion et le suivi de documents administratifs liés à la sécurité (fiches de sécurité, registres, rapports d’audit, etc.)
La mise Ă  jour de tableaux de bord et indicateurs QSE
L’organisation et l’archivage de dossiers
La préparation de supports pour les réunions ou les formations internes
La participation à la rédaction de comptes rendus ou de procédures


Profil recherché :

Étudiant(e) en formation administrative, gestion ou QSE
Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome
À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Intérêt pour les thématiques liées à la sécurité et à l’environnement
