Technicien de maintenance multi technique F/H

VINCI Facilities (1,4 milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en 2019, 8500 salariés) assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants, de la maintenance multitechnique aux prestations de facility management.  

Le Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 270M€, 1650 collaborateurs), recrute un Technicien de maintenance multi technique (F/H) pour l'une de ses Entreprises, spécialisée dans la maintenance multitechnique et le facility management des data centers. 



MISSIONS   



Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’exploitation, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes : 

- Réaliser les tâches qui vous sont confiées dans les délais impartis, en respectant les documents d’exécutions, les normes et les règles en matière de sécurité et d’environnement  
- Maintenance corrective niveau 1 à 4  
- Etablir les documents d’intervention (procédures, compte-rendu d’intervention)  
- Etablir une relation de qualité avec l’interlocuteur client  
- Accompagnement de sous-traitant  
- Rendre compte quotidiennement à votre Responsable Hiérarchique de votre activité, des faits et relever les anomalies

De formation BAC à BAC +2 type Génie climatique ou électrotechnique, vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine ?  

Vous avez des compétences techniques en CVC, Electricité, Plomberie, TCE Outils informatique métiers, et savez utiliser un smartphone ?        

Vous avez un savoir-être irréprochable, un esprit d'équipe et d'analyse ?
