🚀 Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de missions RH & Paie pour accompagner nos 60 collaborateurs à METZ

🎯 Votre mission

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable Administrative et Financière, vous intervenez sur l’ensemble du périmètre RH et paie, avec une vision à la fois opérationnelle et développement RH.

✨ Vos responsabilités

✅ Administration du personnel (contrats, dossiers, conformité réglementaire)

✅ Gestion de la paie de A à Z (bulletins, DSN, contrôles, cadrage comptable)

✅ Recrutement & intégration (sourcing, entretiens, onboarding)

✅ Développement RH (GEPP, compétences, évolutions métiers)

✅ Reporting RH & indicateurs

✅ Attractivité employeur (relations écoles, communication RH)

👉 Poste ouvert aux personnes en situation de handicap

CDI temps plein- statut ETAM.

Démarrage selon disponibilité

Salaire 39k€-45k€ selon expérience.
