Responsibilities
- Work along with Lead of Digital Business Solutions Programs to develop and implement the ongoing DBS Strategy
- Ensure effective project and program management approaches are embedded within DBS Deliver.
- Help develop effective engagement with business leading to successful active management of requirements, current demand and applying industry best practices to project management.
- Build and develop positive reputation for DBS Programs by acting as an ambassador when dealing with other colleagues, customers, and external partners.
- Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- 8+ years experience in IT and at least 3 years in a project leadership role
- 5 years experience as part of an Oil & Gas organization
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of the core processes of an Oil & Gas company
- Strong relationship and negotiation capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
