Contract Manager

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alle contractuele vraagstukken. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een pragmatische aanpak en weet risico’s tijdig te signaleren én beheersbaar te maken.


Concreet houd je je bezig met:

  • Initiëren, ondersteunen en adviseren van management, tenderteams en projectteams
  • Beoordelen van contracten en aanvragen op financiële, juridische, plannings- en contractuele risico’s
  • Bevorderen van contractbewustzijn binnen de organisatie
  • Samenwerken met juristen van Vinci Energies Nederland
  • Ondersteunen bij (pre)contractuele communicatie met opdrachtgevers
  • Begeleiden en preventief beheersen van meer- en minderwerkdiscussies
  • Oppakken van vertragingsvraagstukken en claims, indien van toepassing
  • Gevraagd én ongevraagd adviseren, vaak ook in het Engels


Je verliest daarbij nooit de dagelijkse praktijk uit het oog en weet complexe vraagstukken te vertalen naar helder, praktisch en risico gestuurd advies.

Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner met een natuurlijke overtuigingskracht en gevoel voor verhoudingen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering.


Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Contractmanager binnen omvangrijke projecten
  • Gedegen kennis van UAV 2012 en UAV-GC 2005
  • Juridische en/of technische affiniteit
  • Sterke onderhandelings- en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal


  • Werken aan omvangrijke, impactvolle projecten binnen de energietransitie (tot €250 mln.
  • Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ondernemerschap
  • Salaris tot 7000 euro per maand o.b.v. 40 uur
  • 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen
  • Leaseauto, laptop en telefoon van de zaak & winstdeling aan het einde van het jaar
  • Ruime opleidings- en ontwikkelmogelijkheden
