Cloud Engineer

Als Cloud Engineer werk je op het snijvlak van applicaties en netwerken. Je vertaalt jouw expertise naar innovatieve oplossingen en tilt de technische werking van de applicaties van onze klanten naar een hoger niveau. Je adviseert rondom complexe installaties en updates van onze applicaties, voornamelijk remote en soms onsite. Daarnaast bewaak je proactief de werking van onze applicaties en ondersteun je bij technische vragen en escalaties. Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid voor ons AppCloud platform, van technisch ontwerp tot beheer. Je monitort, optimaliseert en houdt diverse systemen actueel. Samen met je collega’s werk je aan de wensen van de klant en los je tweedelijns incidenten op.

  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; in woord en geschrift;
  • Minimaal een MBO-diploma met aantoonbare werkervaring met Microsoft Azure;
  • Klantgericht, analytisch sterk en oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Gedreven teamplayer met ervaring in het installeren en beheren van ERP-applicaties.
  • Bereidheid om stand-by diensten te draaien buiten standaard kantooruren.
