Votre mission :

En tant qu’Ingénieur Méthodes, vous serez un acteur clé de l’amélioration continue et de la performance opérationnelle. Vous interviendrez en appui des équipes opérationnelles pour structurer, optimiser et digitaliser nos pratiques métiers.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Concevoir et améliorer les reportings d’activité (Power BI, tableaux de bord dynamiques)
  • Participer à des démarches d’amélioration continue et d’excellence opérationnelle
  • Recueillir les besoins des Responsables d’Affaires et les accompagner dans la mise en œuvre
  • Déployer des outils métiers (GMAO, gestion de stock, gestion des énergies)
  • Mettre en place des méthodes, standards et dispositifs de performance
  • Suivre leur mise en œuvre et accompagner les équipes dans le déploiement
  • Réaliser des audits terrain pour identifier des leviers de performance
  • Dématérialiser des formulaires et former les équipes à leur utilisation
  • Formaliser les plans d’actions correctifs et en assurer le suivi
  • Construire la stratégie méthodes maintenance en lien avec le Chef d’Entreprise


Profil recherché :

Bac+5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent) avec spécialisation en méthodes, performance ou amélioration continue
Maîtrise de Power BI, Excel avancé, outils de GMAO
Esprit d’analyse, rigueur, sens du terrain et goût pour le travail collaboratif
Une première expérience dans un environnement technique ou énergétique est un plus
