Responsable bureau d'études F/H

Rattaché.e au chef d'entreprise, vous pilotez et garantissez la qualité des études dans le domaine des réseaux d’infrastructures BT/HT (aérien et souterrain), télécom et éclairage public, réalisées par les 3 techniciens d’études dont vous êtes le manager. Vous êtes amené à réaliser également vos propres études. Interlocuteur privilégié de nos principaux clients GEREDIS et ENEDIS, vous êtes le garant de la planification du bureau d’études et faites le lien avec les responsables d’affaires pour la passation en phase travaux. Par votre expérience et vos différentes expertises, vous avez la capacité d’amener une dimension « sécurité/prévention » et « productivité » aux études et contribuez à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et référentiels.
En collaboration avec les Responsables d’Affaires et le Chef d’Entreprise, vous répondez également aux appels d’offres sur la partie technique et chiffrage.

Le métier de Technicien d’étude n’a plus de secret pour vous et vous souhaitez évoluer vers un poste à responsabilité de manager.


Issu(e) d’une formation Bac +2/+3 dans le domaine du génie électrique, vous possédez une expérience éprouvée à ce poste.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur et votre organisation, votre autonomie et votre dynamisme. Vous aimez le travail en équipe et êtes à l’aise à l’idée de vous rendre sur le terrain. Enfin vous possédez un bon relationnel avec les clients.

Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques de DAO/CAO (Microstation avec Atlas, Eras, …) ainsi que les solutions du Pack Office. Vous êtes curieux et attentif aux évolutions de votre métier et de notre secteur d’activité.

Vous possédez nécessairement le permis B afin d'être libre de vous rendre sur chantier.
