VINCI Facilities (1,4 milliard d'euros de chiffre d'affaires en 2019, 8500 salariés) assure tout ou partie des services liés aux bâtiments et à leurs occupants, de la maintenance multitechnique aux prestations de facility management.  



Le Pôle VINCI Energies France Facilities IDF Tertiaire (CA 270M€, 1650 collaborateurs), recrute un  Assistant.e d’entreprise (H/F) pour l'une de ses Entreprises.  



MISSIONS  



Rattaché(e) au Chef d'entreprise, vos principales missions seront : 
- Accueil
- Gestion du bâtiment
- Suivi des contrats service de l’agence : Propreté, Espaces verts, Ostéopathe, déchets, Machines à café, photocopieurs
- Etablissement du planning d’astreinte
- Rédaction de courriers et communication en entreprise
- Gestion des commandes & Approvisionnements
- Recouvrement du gestionnaire de flotte en son absence 

Poste à pourvoir à Gennevilliers (92) à mi-temps.


Titulaire d'un BAC/BAC +2 de type Support à l’Action Managériale.

Vous avez un savoir-être irréprochable, le sens du service et une aisance relationnelle ?
