Vous souhaitez contribuer à la réussite de la prestation OPAL pour notre client, grand laboratoire pharmaceutique français situé à Gif-sur-Yvette ? Nous vous proposons de nous rejoindre pour devenir le créateur de vie et d'attractivité du site !

A ce titre, vous aurez pour objectif de transformer les lieux en un véritable espace de vie pour les résidents.

Plus concrètement, vos missions consisteront à :

  • Minutieux(-se), vous veillerez au confort des résidents dans leurs espaces de travail.
  • Véritable communiquant(e), vous serez l’interface privilégiée des occupants pour recenser toute demande en créant une véritable relation de confiance.
  • Entreprenant(e), vous superviserez l'ensemble des interventions réalisées sur votre étage d'affectation (propreté, courrier, technique...).
  • Polyvalent(e), vous serez en mesure de gérer plusieurs tâches de façon simultané avec discernement.
  • Organisé(e), vous suivrez et contrôlerez les espaces de réunion (mise en place des salles, réservation etc…).
  • Vous veillerez à la gestion du matériel, à son bon fonctionnement et à l’approvisionnement des reprographies et consommables (fontaines à eau, imprimante…).
  • Assurer une présence terrain régulière, nécessitant des déplacements fréquents au sein du site et des période de station debout prolongée.
  • Créatif(-ve), vous participerez à l’organisation d'événements.
  • Vous participerez quotidiennement aux réunions opérationnelles reprenant les sujets relatifs à votre étage d’affectation.
  • Force de proposition, vous saurez identifier des préconisations pour améliorer la performance de l'environnement de travail.


En véritable facilitateur de vie, vous représenterez la bonne image d'OPAL au quotidien !

Poste à 35 heures par semaine (08h00-16h00).


Vous êtes notre futur(e) Opalien(ne) si vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil suivant :

  • Vous avez un sens du service inégalé et le souci de l'image et du détail.
  • Toujours à l'écoute, on dit de vous que vous êtes un excellent communiquant.
  • Vous avez une curiosité naturelle et une volonté d'apprentissage permanente.
  • Naturellement à l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit, vous avez des facilités rédactionnelles et utiliser la langue de Shakespeare ne vous fait pas peur.
