The Role

A Part Time Administrator is required by Omexom to support our expanding business. This role involves carrying out general office administration, with a focus on Finance and Project Procurement.

Responsibilities

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain employees’ training records and coordinate and book training courses.

  • Complete purchase orders for projects and office costs.

  • Process purchase invoices ready for payment.

  • Liaise with project teams to help and resolve issues.

  • Liaise with Head Office / HR if needed.

  • Act as a daily contact point in the office for Omexom staff, contractors, customers, and suppliers.

  • Assist with general administration associated with the procurement process, including travel bookings and associated payments.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • A minimum of 2 years’ recent experience providing general administrative support within a busy office environment.

  • A good standard of educational attainment with a minimum Grade C GCSE pass in English and Maths.

  • Strong IT skills, including use of the Microsoft Office package, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to staff at all levels.

  • Ability to work under pressure, be a team player, and maintain a high level of self-motivation.

  • Demonstrated initiative with the ability to pick up new skills and tasks easily.

  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
