Smart Finance Support Specialist

Als Smart Finance Support Specialist ondersteun je klanten bij het gebruik en beheer van hun financiële planning- en rapportageoplossingen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor supportmeldingen, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een snelle en effectieve oplossing. Je werkt met tools als Jedox en IBM en schakelt waar nodig interne of externe experts in.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:


  • Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van supportmeldingen binnen afgesproken servicelevels
  • Informeren van klanten over de voortgang van meldingen
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten in tooling en processen
  • Documenteren van oplossingen en communicatie
  • Bijdragen aan kennisdeling en ontwikkeling binnen het team
  • Werken volgens gestandaardiseerde processen en procedures


  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol
  • Kennis van EPM tools, bij voorkeur Jedox en/of IBM Planning Analytics is en pré.
  • Proactieve houding, goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
