MISSIONS
Support the Construction Manager during OSBL construction activities and assist the PCC Manager in supervising Contractors’ Precommissioning and Commissioning activities.
Report directly to the PCC Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

• Review Contractors’ PCC preparation (ICAPS, procedures, RFCs, OTPs).
• Supervise Electrical Precommissioning and Commissioning activities at yards and on-site.
• Lead and supervise the Company PCC Supervisors team.
• Manage Electrical activities from RFC to AOCC.
• Ensure safe, compliant and timely execution of works.

ACTIVITIES

HSE

• Enforce Company HSE rules and contribute to Project HSE objectives.
• Promote HSE culture and report deficiencies.

PCC Preparation Phase

• Ensure Electrical PCC requirements comply with contract specifications.
• Review/prepare PCC procedures and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project entities.
• Ensure availability of procedures, tools, consumables and spare parts.

PCC Execution Phase

• Monitor Electrical PCC activities using OPERCOM® and ICAPS©.
• Track progress against commissioning schedule.
• Supervise documentation, red-lines, punch lists and vendors’ activities (SATs, OTPs).

CONTEXT
Resident position at the Grandpuits refinery fabrication site.

• BSc in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years Oil & Gas experience, including 10 years in a Lead PCC role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in complex, multicultural environments.
