Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Direction Juridique de VINCI S.A au sein du Pôle CONTRATS IT IP.
Vous serez amené(e) à réaliser les missions suivantes :
- Suivi et accompagnement des équipes projet dans le cadre d’appels d’offres structurant de la Holding ;
- Analyse et négociation contractuelle (Saas, matériels, prestations, maintenance) ;
- Suivi des contrats en cours (établissement d’avenants, gestion de la relation contractuelle, précontentieux) ;
- Conseil juridique auprès des opérationnels dans le cadre de projets menés par la DSI.
Les missions seront réalisées en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de la Direction des Achats IT du Groupe. Vous serez également amenés à travailler avec le DPO de VINCI SA, et les différentes directions.
Votre expérience :
Vous êtes diplômé d’un Master 2 Droit des affaires/NTIC/Propriété Intellectuelle
Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience (hors stage), sur un poste similaire, dans la gestion et négociation de contrats informatiques, au sein d’une entreprise ou de cabinets d’avocats.
Vos connaissances :
Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Maîtrise du Pack Office est nécessaire. Les avantages qui vous attendent
