Nous recherchons pour notre entreprise Uxello Languedoc-Roussillon, basée à Juvignac :

Un(e) Assistant(e) de Gestion H/F

Sous la responsabilité du chef d'entreprise et en collaboration directe avec le Responsable Administratif et Comptable, l'assistant(e) de gestion a un rôle opérationnel dans le fonctionnement quotidien de l'entreprise.

OBJECTIFS :

Participe à la gestion de l’entreprise, en contrôlant et obtenant des clients, le respect des engagements pris par chacune des parties.

TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES :

Comptabilité

  • Création et enregistrements des commandes clients à partir des informations fournies par les Responsables d’affaires.
  • En collaboration avec les Responsables d'Affaires gère l'établissement, le suivi, l'encaissement de la facturation client, et la relance client.
  • Vérification et comptabilisation des notes de frais.

Administratif

En collaboration avec le Responsable d’Affaires

  • Gestion administrative et suivi des opérations de maintenance
  • Participation à l’élaboration du planning
  • Contrôle des feuilles de route des techniciens
  • Gestion des envois de rapports d’interventions
  • Envoi des avis de passage à nos clients
  • Aide à l’élaboration des plans de prévention
  • Organisation des dossiers d’affaires
  • Réalisation de devis
  • Gestion des cautions bancaires

Poste basé à Juvignac (34)

A pourvoir dès que possible


Vous avez un BAC+2 en assistanat et gestion ou une expérience de 3/4 ans minimum en entreprise, et idéalement dans le BTP.

Des notions comptables seraient appréciées.

Vous êtes dynamique, autonome, réactif(.ve), rigoureux(.se), sens du service et du travail en équipe.

Maitrise du pack office est indispensable sur ce poste.
