Depuis plus de 60 ans, Cegelec Projets Espace est spécialisée dans la réalisation de projets d’infrastructures dans le domaine spatial (conception, fourniture, installation, essais, exploitation et maintenance), principalement au Centre Spatial Guyanais, depuis lequel sont lancées les fusées Ariane, Vega.

Nous œuvrons dans des domaines techniques très divers : fluides spéciaux, mécanique, contrôle commande, courants faibles et sécurité, optique vidéo et télécom.

Dans le cadre d’un remplacement, nous recherchons pour notre site basé au Centre Spatial Guyanais à Kourou (Guyane Française)

Un/une : SoudeurF/H

Placé.e sous l'autorité du Responsable d'affaires et du Chef de chantier, vous interviendrez sur des installations  au Centre spatial Guyanais.

Vous serez en charge de :

- D'effectuer les prises de cote de précision,

-  La réalisation d’isométrique,

- D'effectuer la préparation matériel, l'entretien de l’outillage, la préparation des tronçons avant soudure, meulage, découpage mécanique, réalisation de support, pose de support, montage d’équipements, composants.

Vous assurez l’ensemble de vos missions dans le respect des consignes et procédures de sécurité et qualité.


Votre profil :

Vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum en tant que Soudeur idéalement dans le spatial ou dans le nucléaire, en chimie ou tuyauterie industrielle.

Vous maitrisez les process fluide inox et acier.

Qualification souhaitée : soudeur en cours TIG INOX procédé 141 DN8 à DN 400 

Des connaissances en tuyautage, métrologie, serrage au couple, montage serait appréciées

Habilitations et certificats souhaités : qualification TIG FM 1 INOX/ acier  procédé 141 à 145/ acier carbone / buttwelding (FW) et SW /travaux en hauteur / nacelle R486 / CACES chariot élévateur / montage ATEX /habilitation mécanique M0/M1/M2

 Permis VL obligatoire
