A la recherche de femmes et d’hommes engagés, audacieux et attachés à l’esprit de service, VINCI Facilities, recherche dans le cadre du développement de son activité, un Ingénieur d'Exploitation F/H.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Support aux Opérations, au sein du service Méthodes, vous intervenez en appui des équipes d’exploitation sur nos différents contrats de maintenance.

Véritable expert technique terrain, vous travaillez en binôme avec l’Ingénieur Data/GMAO afin de garantir une connaissance fiable et exploitable des installations.

En tant qu'Ingénieur d'Exploitation F/H, vous :

  • Réalisez sur le terrain les inventaires et relevés techniques des équipements ;
  • Analysez le patrimoine d’un point de vue quantitatif et qualitatif (caractéristiques, état, technologie, maintenabilité, criticité et cohérence documentaire) ;
  • Qualifiez et fiabilisez les données techniques avant leur transmission à l’Ingénieur Data/GMAO ;
  • Apportez votre expertise technique aux Responsables d’Exploitation et aux techniciens (diagnostic, analyse de dysfonctionnements, problématiques complexes) ;
  • Contribuez à la préparation de la maintenance (gammes, préconisations constructeurs, modes opératoires et besoins techniques) ;
  • Identifiez et proposez des actions de fiabilisation et d’amélioration des installations ;
  • Capitalisez les retours d’expérience et participez à l’amélioration des méthodes de maintenance ;
  • Procédez au contrôle des installations techniques de nos clients afin de vous assurez qu'elle répondent à la réglementation en vigueur.

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure technique, idéalement Bac+5 ou Ecole d'Ingénieur, vous disposez d’une expérience réussie en maintenance multitechnique, exploitation ou génie technique du bâtiment.

Vous maîtrisez plusieurs domaines techniques : CVC, électricité CFO/CFA, GTB/GTC, SSI, production/distribution d’énergie et équipements techniques du bâtiment.

Nous recherchons avant tout un profil terrain, curieux, rigoureux et pragmatique, capable d’analyser une installation, de fiabiliser l’information technique et de transmettre son expertise aux équipes opérationnelles.
