Responsable d'Exploitation F/H

A la recherche de femmes et d’hommes engagés, audacieux et attachés à l’esprit de service, VINCI Facilities, recherche un(e) Responsable d'Exploitation pour notre agence de La Farlède (83).

VOS MISSIONS

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’Affaires, vous êtes en charge de la gestion d'un portefeuille client tertiaire (bancaire majoritairement) :

  • Piloter la maintenance multitechnique (CVC, Electricité, etc.) en propre et en sous-traitance et le suivi des travaux
  • Assurer les relations et la gestion contractuelle auprès du client (animation de réunions)
  • Réaliser les devis liés à la maintenance
  • Manager et encadrer une équipe d'une dizaine de collaborateurs (gestion et suivi des plannings et des interventions)
  • Garantir la sécurité auprès de son équipe conformément à la politique de l’entreprise

    Vous possédez une expérience d'au moins 3 années au poste de Responsable d'Exploitation dans le milieu de la maintenance multitechnique d’un bâtiment tertiaire.

    Vous avez des connaissances généralistes en CVC et courant fort.

    Vous avez une bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office), le sens de l'organisation et savez gérer toute la partie administrative liée à la vie des contrats.

    La connaissance de l'outil de suivi des indicateurs PowerBI serait un plus.

    Vous avez une appétence pour le terrain et le management d’équipe.

    Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se), disponible, doté(e) d'un bon relationnel et du sens du service.

    Autant d’atouts qui vous permettront de réussir au poste de Responsable d’Exploitation.
