Comptable général F/H

Rattaché(e) au RAF, vos missions s'articulent autour des missions suivantes :

Gestion de la comptabilité clients et fournisseurs

  • Gestion de la facturation client, suivi des paiements, relance
  • Gestion des commandes d’achats, saisie des factures fournisseurs, mise en paiement fournisseurs
  • Dépôt et suivi des factures dans le portail du client

Comptabilité générale

  • Gestion de la trésorerie
  • Comptabilisation des notes de frais
  • Travaux d’inventaire (FNP, FAE, PCA …etc)
  • Suivi des frais généraux
  • Fiscalité (TVA, CVAE, CFE, DAS2)

Suivi des affaires

  • Enregistrement des nouvelles affaires, saisie des budgets d’affaires
  • Contrôle et complétude des dossiers d’affaires
  • Archivage dans des dossiers partagés
  • Suivi trimestrielle des affaires dans l’outil VINCI (valeur d’échange)

Missions complémentaires : Accompagnement du RAF sur des projets divers (digitalisation clients et fournisseurs, mise en place de fichiers d’analyse, amélioration et rédaction des procédures, …)


  • Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation Bac+3 en comptabilité et vous disposez d’une expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans.
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Powerpoint) ; la connaissance de SAP serait un plus.
