Buscamos incorporar profesionales Encargados/as con experiencia en proyectos de Rehabilitación de Obra Civil.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

-Organizar, supervisar y coordinar directamente los trabajos en el sitio de obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los planes de trabajo, la calidad técnica, las medidas de seguridad y los plazos establecidos. Serás el enlace operativo entre la Jefatura de obra y los equipos de trabajo en obra.

-Supervisar diariamente los trabajos en obra, controlando y organizando la ejecución de tareas según el plan de obra, resolviendo incidencias técnicas o de ejecución.
Distribuir las tareas al equipo propio y controlar la actividad de subcontratistas.
-Controlar el uso y la recepción de materiales, herramientas y equipos
-Supervisar y hacer cumplir las normas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente
-Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de ejecución establecidos
-Mantener registros de producción y partes diarios de trabajo, avances y necesidades técnicas o logísticas.


-Deseable Formación Profesional en Construcción, Obras Públicas o similar
-Experiencia en puesto similar , preferiblemente en reparación de estructuras de hormigón
-Valorable conocimientos en reformas, encofrado, ferralla
-Deseable curso de formación en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales requerido (60h)
Carné en vigor y coche propio
