Responsable de contrats CVC (10/52) F/H

Dans le cadre de son développement, VINCI Facilities Champagne-Ardenne située à Sainte-Savine (10), recherche un (e) Responsable Contrats spécialisé(e) dans le CVC pour notre agence de TROYES (10) en contrat à durée indéterminée.

Vos principales missions :

 ·         Manager et dynamiser votre équipe de techniciens

·         Organiser et suivre les maintenances préventives et correctives

·         Suivre les indicateurs contractuels de l’ensemble des contrats

·         Assurer la bonne réalisation des interventions et soutenir les équipes en cas de besoin

·         Etablir des devis, des commandes d’achat et suivre l’état des stocks

·         Piloter les sous-traitants éventuels

·         Veiller au respect des budgets prévisionnels

·         Être l’interlocuteur technique privilégié de ses clients

·         Participer aux réunions clients

·         Elaborer et proposer des plans d’améliorations aux clients

·         Être le garant de la bonne application de la politique prévention de l’entreprise


Titulaire d’un BAC+2 et/ou BAC+3, avec une expérience confirmée dans le chauffage, la ventilation et la climatisation.

Ponctuel(le), organisé(e), réactif(ve) et autonome, vous avez le sens du relationnel et vous êtes ouvert(e) d’esprit.  

Votre esprit d’initiative, votre polyvalence et votre capacité à travailler en équipe, faciliteront votre intégration et votre réussite dans ce poste.

Vous êtes sensible à la prévention : vous veillez au respect des consignes de sécurité.
