RESPONSABLE ADMINISTRATIF ET FINANCIER (F/H) – PARCOURS PEPINIERE – GRADUATE PROGRAM F/H

Rattaché à un Responsable Administratif et Financier expérimenté de la société qui vous accompagnera, formera et conseillera sur vos missions.

Vos principales missions seront de :

Gérer la comptabilité générale et analytique de la société,

Assurer les relations bancaires en veillant à la bonne application des conditions bancaires du groupe,

Veiller à la réglementation fiscale et effectuer toutes les déclarations afférentes,

Etablir Reportings financier RH,

Veiller à la conformité des processus RH (paie, prise de congès,…)

Etablir le budget annuel de l’entreprise et le piloter accompagné du Chef d’Entreprise,

Vous êtes en charge de l’arrêté des comptes mensuels, vous devez donc veiller aux échéances et gérer votre planning,

Proposer des outils de gestion analytique et des plans d’actions d’amélioration économique,

De plus, vous avez également en charge la partie administration juridique, vous gérez les contentieux et suivez les litiges. Vous effectuez toutes les formalités légales de l’entité juridique.

Profil

Vous êtes diplômé d’un Master CCA, d’un DSCG ou d’une école de commerce,

Vous venez de valider un bac +5 que vous avez effectué en alternance ou avec un stage long.

Rigoureux (euse),

Autonome,

Vous avez un bon relationnel pour dialoguer avec les opérationnels et vous souhaitez vous investir pour apprendre le métier de Responsable Administratif et Financier (F/H).
