Véritable référent terrain, vous pilotez et participez à la réalisation des travaux de plomberie, chauffage et génie climatique tout en accompagnant votre équipe au quotidien.

  • Réaliser et contrôler les installations CVC dans le respect des exigences techniques et des normes en vigueur.
  • Organiser, répartir et coordonner les tâches de votre équipe afin de garantir le respect des délais et la qualité des travaux.
  • Assurer le lien entre le chantier, le client et le Responsable d'Affaires, en représentant l'entreprise sur le terrain.
  • Accompagner les nouveaux arrivants, alternants et intervenants extérieurs dans leur intégration sur chantier.
  • Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité, à l'application des plans de prévention et à la conformité des habilitations.
  • Identifier et remonter les incidents, situations à risque et besoins en matériel.
  • Contribuer à la démarche environnementale et RSE de l'entreprise à travers le tri des déchets, l'éco-conduite et la participation à la vie collective d'ELAIRGIE.

Selon la nature des projets confiés, des déplacements ponctuels ou des périodes de grand déplacement pourront être réalisés afin d'accompagner nos équipes sur des chantiers d'envergure.


Formation et expérience significative en plomberie, chauffage ou génie climatique.
Première expérience réussie dans l'encadrement d'équipes chantier.
Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et leadership naturel.
Goût pour le terrain, le travail collectif et la satisfaction client.
Attachement fort aux valeurs de sécurité, de qualité et de transmission des savoir-faire.
