Expert des technologies des énergies et de l'information, VINCI Energies assure la conception, la réalisation et la maintenance de solutions pour l'industrie, le tertiaire, les infrastructures et les télécom.

VINCI Energies France Industrie Ouest-Atlantique & Pacifique recrute pour sa holding basée au Haillan (33), un(e) TECHNICIEN(NE) SUPPORT INFORMATIQUE en CDI.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Informatique Pôle, vous réalisez notamment, les missions suivantes, en support à nos 50 entreprises :

- Gérer les incidents et contribuer à leur résolution

- Maintenir le parc informatique (matériel & logiciel)

- Effectuer les installations de postes, serveurs et éléments réseau.

- Participer à l’élaboration de supports et procédures

- Analyser et restituer au responsable informatique l'avancement par rapport aux objectifs fixés.

Des déplacements fréquents sur la région Nouvelle-Aquitaine sont à prévoir.

Fourchette de salaire entre 30000€ et 40000€ annuel brut selon profil et expérience


De niveau Bac +2 de formation technique informatique, vous avez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire. Vous êtes curieux(se) des nouvelles technologies et bénéficiez de compétences systèmes et réseaux (Windows 11, 2016, 2019, 2022 serveur, Suite Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Outils d’Helpdesk, réseaux TCP/IP, ainsi que l'Active Directory Microsoft). La connaissance d’ITIL est appréciée.

Votre bon relationnel, votre esprit d'équipe, votre conscience professionnelle et l'importance portée au service client sont essentiels pour mener à bien cette mission.
