Chef d'équipe - maintenance industrielle F/H

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable de site, vous accompagnez l’équipe en place et en assurez le suivi opérationnel.

Vos missions :

- Respecter et faire respecter la réglementation en vigueur au sein de l’entreprise

- Assurer le suivi compétences de l’équipe et les accompagner.

- Garantir le « zéro accident »

- Organiser et s’assurer de la mise en place des plans de maintenance sur son site

- Superviser les interventions de maintenance sur son site

- Garantir la montée en compétences et la performance de son équipe

- Adapter les ressources en permanence en fonction des besoins et contraintes en lien avec le responsable de site.

- Vous êtes issu d’une formation en maintenance industrielle et avez une expérience significative acquise dans un environnement industriel. Idéalement, vous avez déjà managé une équipe de Techniciens. 

- Vous êtes capable de fédérer et faire monter en compétences l’équipe

- Vous êtes titulaire du permis B et véhiculé

Horaires : 15H – 22H
