🎯 Vos missions

Sous la responsabilité du Responsable d’Affaires, vous serez en charge de :

Préparer, planifier et organiser les chantiers (études, planning, moyens humains et matériels)
Piloter l’exécution des travaux tous corps d’état
Coordonner les différents intervenants (équipes internes, sous-traitants, fournisseurs)
Assurer le suivi financier des opérations (budgets, situations, marges)
Veiller au respect des délais, de la qualité et des règles de sécurité
Gérer la relation avec les clients, maîtres d’œuvre et bureaux de contrôle
Participer aux réunions de chantier et rédiger les comptes rendus
Réceptionner les travaux et lever les réserves


👤 Profil recherché

Formation Bac +2 à Bac +5 dans le bâtiment (BTS, DUT, Licence, Ingénieur)
Expérience réussie de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en TCE
Solide connaissance des techniques du bâtiment tous corps d’état
Capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers simultanément
Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et leadership
Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, logiciels de suivi de chantier)
Permis B indispensable
