Responsabilidades principales:

Coordinar el arranque, ejecución y cierre de obra
Elaborar programas de obra, presupuestos y control de costos
Gestionar recursos humanos, materiales y financieros del proyecto
Dar seguimiento a estimaciones, cobros y avances de obra
Supervisar cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y calidad
Administrar contratos, alcances y actividades no previstas
Integrar expediente técnico y dossier de calidad
Coordinar con clientes, proveedores, autoridades y áreas internas


Requisitos:

  • Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura o afín (titulado o pasante)
  • Mínimo 2 años como Residente de Obra
  • Experiencia en construcción de puentes, mantenimiento y reforzamiento de estructuras

Conocimiento en:

  • Obra pública y reglamentos de construcción
  • Precios unitarios y control de costos
  • Programación y ejecución de obra
  • Seguridad laboral (normas STPS)

Manejo de:

  • AutoCAD 3D, Project y Microsoft Office (intermedio)
  • Inglés básico (deseable)
