Analista de Cuentas por Pagar

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Conciliar órdenes de compra contra facturas y asegurar correspondencia de montos y conceptos.
  • Registrar contablemente facturas en el ERP asegurando exactitud en cifras y auxiliares.
  • Controlar y aplicar anticipos a proveedores.
  • Revisar y conciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores.
  • Mantener comunicación efectiva con áreas internas como Procuración, Tesorería, Contabilidad e Impuestos.
  • Elaborar reportes financieros y conciliaciones contables relacionadas con proveedores.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento fiscal en informativas, retenciones y deducciones.

Requisitos del perfil:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública (pasante o titulado).
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en Cuentas por Pagar dentro de corporativos o empresas de servicios.

Conocimientos:

  • Contabilidad general
  • Conciliaciones contables
  • Legislación fiscal

Inglés: Nivel básico
Software:

  • ERP (Oracle, SAP o similar)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel intermedio indispensable)
