Technicien Expert / Chef d'Équipe Œuvrant F/H

VINCI Facilities Copernic IDF Nord (13,4M€ de CA, 53 collaborateurs) rechercheun(e) Technicien(ne) Expert(e) / Chef d’Équipe Œuvrant F/H en CDI basé(e) à Méru (60).

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’Affaires, vous avez pour objectif la satisfaction de notre client et de ses occupants. 

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions seront de :

  • Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative sur des équipements multitechniques, notamment en CVC, électricité,
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et assurer les dépannages dans les meilleurs délais,
  • Remplacer ou réparer les pièces/organes défectueux, puis réaliser les essais et les réglages nécessaires,
  • Gérer le GMAO : saisie des interventions, remontées d’informations, suivi des stocks de pièces détachées,
  • Encadrer et animer une petite équipe de techniciens sur site : répartition des tâches, suivi des interventions, accompagnement technique,
  • Être l’interlocuteur technique du client sur site pour les opérations courantes.

Participer activement aux démarches Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement.


Formation Bac Pro à BTS en maintenance industrielle, génie climatique, ou électrotechnique.

Expérience confirmée en maintenance multitechnique, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou logistique.

Vous êtes un technicien confirmé, prêt à prendre des responsabilités managériales sur le terrain.

Maîtrise des outils GMAO et des procédures de sécurité.

Rigueur, sens du service, esprit d’équipe et bonnes capacités d’analyse.

Rémunération : 35 - 38 k€ à négocier selon expérience + avantages Groupe (Intéressement Collectif, Participation, Plan d’Epargne Entreprise, mutuelle, carte restaurant…).
