Gestionnaire de paie F/H

Dans le cadre d’un départ en retraite, nous recherchons pour notre société, un(e) Gestionnaire paie H/F basé(e) à Metz. Une période de tuilage est planifiée afin d’accompagner au mieux le prise de fonctions.

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable administrative et financière, vous établissez les bulletins de paie pour l’ensemble des collaborateurs de la société. Vous assurez également la gestion administrative du personnel. 

Vos principales missions sont : 

Gestion de la paie : 

Collecte et saisie des variables de paie
Etablissement et vérification des bulletins de paie
Etablissement et contrôle de la DSN
Vérification des données fiscales et sociales

Gestion de l'administration du personnel :

Gestion des embauches : DPAE, affiliations aux différents organismes
Gestion des sorties : documents de rupture de contrat, soldes de tout compte
Gestion des contrats mutuelle, prévoyance, arrêts maladie, retraite et caisse des congés payés
Gestion des tickets restaurant 


Issu(e) d’une formation spécifique en gestion de la paie, vous disposez d’une expérience d’au moins 10 ans sur un poste similaire, idéalement acquise dans le secteur du BTP. Des connaissances en droit local Alsace Moselle ainsi que des connaissances sur SAP et HR Access seraient un plus.

Rigueur, respect des délais et sens de la confidentialité sont des qualités indispensables pour ce poste.
