Basée à Montpellier, VINCI Facilities Occitanie Méditerranée fait partie du réseau d’entreprises de VINCI Energies et a pour mission de gérer tout ou partie des installations techniques et des services aux occupants de bâtiments professionnels tout en optimisant les coûts et la qualité.

Dans le cadre de son évolution, VINCI Facilities Occitanie Méditerranée, recherche :

UN(E) COMPTABLE FOURNISSEURS F/H, basé.e à Montpellier (34).

VOTRE MISSION :

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif et Financier, vous aurez la charge de la gestion complète du cycle fournisseur. 

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

  • Assurer le traitement, l’enregistrement et le suivi des factures fournisseurs,
  • Contrôler la conformité des factures avec les bons de commande,
  • Gérer les relations fournisseurs : ouverture de comptes, relances, suivi des litiges en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Mettre à jour et contrôler la base fournisseurs,
  • Garantir la dématérialisation des documents comptables,
  • Assurer le traitement, l’enregistrement et le suivi des notes de frais de nos collaborateurs,

VOTRE PROFIL :

Formation & compétences :

  • Titulaire d’un BTS Comptabilité et Gestion ou équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez de plusieurs années d’expérience réussie en comptabilité fournisseurs.
  • Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux de la comptabilité fournisseurs : traitement et suivi des factures, contrôles, relations fournisseurs et gestion des notes de frais.
  • La connaissance du logiciel SAP serait un plus.

Savoir-être :

Vous êtes rigoureux.se, organisé.e, réactif.ve et doté.e d’un excellent sens du service ?
Vous appréciez travailler en équipe et collaborer avec de multiples interlocuteurs internes et externes ?
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les environnements dématérialisés ?
