Ingénieur(e) géotechnicien(ne) Développement Commercial & Travaux

Dans le cadre de notre développement en Suisse, nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) Développement Commercial & Travaux.

En lien avec le directeur d’agence, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Développement commercial
    • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients
    • Réaliser des présentations techniques aux bureaux d’ingénieurs et entreprises
    • Analyser les dossiers d’appel d’offres
    • Proposer et chiffrer des solutions techniques alternatives
    • Rédiger et présenter des offres commerciales
    • Négocier les contrats
    • Contribuer activement à la stratégie de croissance de l’entreprise
  • Travaux
    • Organiser et anticiper la préparation des chantiers
    • Élaborer les documents d’exécution (notes de calcul, plans)
    • Négocier avec les sous-traitants et fournisseurs
    • Garantir la sécurité de tous sur chantier
    • Superviser le bon déroulement des travaux (sécurité, qualité, environnement, planning)
    • Assurer le suivi financier des chantiers
    • Apporter un soutien technique à l’équipe opérationnelle
    • Préparer les rapports de fin de chantier

  • Diplôme de type Master en génie civil/géotechnique (EPF/HES, Ecole d’Ingénieur, TU ou équivalent)
  • Une première expérience professionnelle, de préférence en Suisse, est un atout
  • Maîtrise de l’allemand et du français, aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; l’anglais et est un plus
  • Rigueur, précision et autonomie
  • À l’aise avec les outils de modélisation, les mathématiques et les logiciels bureautiques
    Goût pour le travail en équipe et le contact avec les équipes terrain
