Responsable informatique pôle F/H

Dans le cadre de la naissance du nouveau pôle VEF Building Solutions Centre Sud-Ouest, nous recherchons notre Responsable informatique pôle pour accompagner les enjeux IT au sein de ce nouveau périmètre. 

Vous interviendrez en support des sociétés du pôle et vous appliquerez les standards IT définis par la DSI pour assurer cohérence, performance et cybersécurité sur l’ensemble du périmètre. 

Vous serez l'interlocuteur/rice privilégié/e pour coordonner les actions IT locales, soutenir les entreprises dans leur transformation digitale et fluidifier la relation entre les besoins terrain et les exigences du Groupe.

Vos missions seront les suivantes : 

➡️Transformation digitale :

•Définir la stratégie IT du Pôle en cohérence avec la feuille de route IT VINCI Energies.
•Comprendre les besoins et modes de fonctionnement des entreprises du périmètre.
•Identifier les solutions digitales utiles à la performance opérationnelle.
•Accompagner le déploiement des outils et usages numériques.
•Promouvoir une approche numérique responsable.

➡️Coordonner et communiquer :

•Animer le réseau des correspondants IT du Pôle
•Coordonner les actions de sécurité avec le Responsable Sécurité SI.
•Centraliser et synthétiser les besoins IT locaux, y compris métier.
•Conseiller le management sur les sujets IT

➡️Gestion de projets IT :

•Représenter les besoins du Pôle dans les projets IT du Groupe en participant aux groupes de travail.
•Gérer les projets IT locaux (croissances externes, déménagements…)
•Contribuer au budget informatique des entreprises du périmètre

➡️ Support IT  :

•Définir le fonctionnement du support local selon ITIL et utiliser l’outil commun «EasyVista».
•Accompagner les utilisateurs et les sensibiliser aux bonnes pratiques IT.
•Assurer la gestion du parc matériel et logiciel dans le respect des standards Groupe.
•Maintenir à jour l’inventaire et anticiper les besoins du périmètre.


Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire et souhaitez relever de nouveaux défis ?

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) capable de conjuguer expertise technique, sens du service et proximité avec les utilisateurs.

Votre excellent relationnel, votre esprit d'équipe et votre capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques font de vous unnterlocuteur de confiance. Rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve), vous savez prioriser, analyser et proposer des solutions adaptées dans des environnements exigeants.

Vous maîtrisez l'anglais technique et disposez d'une vision globale des systèmes d'information : réseaux, postes de travail, Microsoft 365, SharePoint et outils collaboratifs.

Enfin, votre intérêt pour les enjeux de cybersécurité et la détention d'une certification dans ce domaine seront particulièrement appréciés.
