Cegelec Tertiaire IDF, filiale du groupe VINCI Energies recrute:

Un(e) Chef de chantier CFO/CFA H/F

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'affaires CFO/CFA H/F, vous organisez et suivez le bon déroulement d'un chantier. Vous organisez et distribuez les tâches selon les corps de métiers et le planning de réalisation du chantier. Vous animez votre équipe d’ouvriers et vous avez également la charge des questions administratives.

 A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :

  • S’intéresser au résultat de l’affaire
  • Participer aux valeurs d’échange
  • Remonter les documents administratifs liés au chantier
  • Contrôler le pointage des heures
  • Proposer les fiches de modifications sur l’affaires (travaux supplémentaires)
  • Etre force de propositions et d’analyse pour l’optimisation de l’affaire

Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expérience à un poste similaire.

Vous savez, entre autre:

  • Lire des plans génie civil et des schémas électriques
  • Raccorder des matériels standards
  • Appliquer les normes basiques de l’électricité (courants forts et courants faibles)

  • Doté d'un bon sens relationnel et managérial
  • Doté du sens des responsabilités et de la sécurité
  • Capable de s’adapter (clients, environnement, situation de travail)
  • Soucieux(euse) de l'image de l’entreprise
  • Rigoureux(euse) et savez faire preuve d’autorité
  • Capable d’initiatives et d’anticipation
  • Capable de transmettre votre savoir-faire
